Executive Staff B. Michael Schaul B. Michael Schaul has extensive experience with American and European corporate activities. For more than 16 years, he served three Pennsylvania governors, promoting and developing domestic and international business investment in the commonwealth. He served as Pennsylvania deputy secretary of commerce, and he managed offices in Tokyo, London, Brussels and Frankfurt.  John J. Blazosky, P.E. John J. Blazosky, P.E., has more than 35 years of experience in environmental engineering projects. As an engineer, he has worked for the regulatory community in a permitting capacity. As a consultant he has carried out major assignments for corporations of all sizes, municipalities and government entities. In addition, Mr. Blazosky has extensive experience creating innovative strategies to beneficially utilize residual waste. |
 D. Josh Lincoln D. Josh Lincoln specializes in stream and wetland sciences. Mr. Lincoln has years of experience in natural channel design and has completed projects in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, New York, Maryland and West Virginia. He has been involved in watershed assessments, stream monitoring, stream design, wetland delineation, permitting and construction management.  Dustin Moore Mr. Moore has more than 18 years of experience as a Forester with expertise in facilitating long-term forest and wildlife management programs, including, but not limited to management plans, forest conservation, timber/log sales, improvement thinning, wildlife food plot layout/construction, appraisals, right-of-way procurement, road construction and permitting, and E&S planning. |
