Steven R. Greer

Steven R. Greer has more than 22 years of experience in civil and environmental engineering for one of the premier environmental consulting firms in the waste management industry. He has provided specific administration, supervision and certification for landfill liners, caps, gas collection, erosion control and residue drying bed construction for numerous landfill, transfer stations and wastewater treatment projects. He also designed and obtained permits for various solid-waste disposal and processing facilities.

Stan Boder
Senior Environmental Specialist /Biologist
Stan Boder specializes in surveys and studies of threatened and endangered species, general herptile surveys and habitat assessments, biological/ecological assessments and wetlands sciences. He is recognized by the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service as a qualified bog turtle surveyor in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware and New York, and he is recognized by the Pennsylvania Fish & Boat Commission as a qualified timber rattlesnake biologist.

Ryan Nelson
Environmental Technician
Ryan Nelson is experienced in various aspects of environmental projects. He has experience with stream restoration, wetland development, environmental permitting for land development, and abandoned mine drainage assessments. He has completed wetland delineations/monitoring and watershed assessments throughout Pennsylvania and Ohio. He has performed various field surveying activities for stream restoration and wetland projects. His academic experiences focused on stream restoration/water resources, environmental soil science, and Geographic Information Sciences.

Paul Fisher
Environmental Technician
Mr. Fisher is a 2009 graduate from The Pennsylvania State University, where he gained a Bachelors degree in Environmental Soil Science with a minor in Watershed and Water Resources. Since graduation he has gained experience in many environmental areas including wetland delineations, stream projects, threatened and endangered species surveys and GIS mapping.
